Jag has experience of a wide range of industries with a focus on telecoms, media, technology and financial services. Jag has worked extensively on strategy and growth issues, including both early and late stage investment, capital raisings and joint ventures, and has served clients in industry, banking and private equity across Europe, The Americas and Asia.
Previously Jag was General Manager of Strategy and Corporate Development for Fairfax Digital, the largest Australian digital media business. Prior to this Jag worked on M&A, treasury and cross border transaction structuring as Senior Vice President of a JP Morgan backed offshore financial services business. Before this Jag was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co, and held strategy and general management roles with Vivendi and Virgin Media.
