Veronica has considerable experience in balance sheet optimisation, financial structuring, acquisitions and divestments, equity investments, future directions/strategy & implementation, leadership and risk identification/minimization for the mid to large corporate & institutional markets in Australia and offshore.
Veronica was most recently employed in a private equity investment business focussed on the small to medium corporate market. Prior to this, Veronica worked at Rabobank Australia for ten years and was a member of its Senior Management Committee and General Manager Head of Corporate Clients Group. Veronica joined Rabobank from CIBC Australia (the Australian subsidiary of Canadian bank, CIBC Limited), where she held the position of General Manager, Corporate Banking.
