Maurice has been a Partner and Senior Executive of several global and Australian professional services firms, as well as an Executive in multinational companies.

Prior to joining Mainsheet Capital, Maurice was an Advisory Partner at BDO, an Executive Director Corporate Finance of Euroz Securities Ltd, Partner with PwC and Andersen consulting. In 2000 he founded Mainsheet Corporate and was its Managing Director with Shane McEwen until the business was sold to PwC in 2009.

Maurice has also been a Board member of a number of companies assisting them through their early stages of growth, and on the Board of a number of not for profit institutions.

Prior to returning to Australia in 1995, Maurice worked with Mobil in the European Strategy and Planning team, and with a Swedish chemical group, where he was responsible for Finance for Italy, France and Austria.

Maurice窶冱 advisory philosophy is to bring his practical experience to work with clients to manage complex transactions and/or change situations that have a large impact on value creation for shareholders and other stakeholders.

He has worked in Australia, Europe and the Middle East on projects for clients such as Mining and Oil & Gas services, Water and Power utilities, Financial, Technology and Professional Services and Transport & Logistics. He has also been involved with a number of technology start ups, assisting them to commercialise and eventually to IPO.

Before becoming an advisor and management consultant, Stephen worked within AMP Capital Investor窶冱 Commercial & Industrial Property Division as a Regional Operations Manager and was responsible for the operational management and business planning for over $2 billion of property assets in QLD and NSW. Stephen was also the Development Engineer on a $250 million retail property development and began his career as an electrical engineer.

Ian窶冱 recent experience has been as a transformational leader at Bankwest (a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank) including Head of Transformation for HR, Head of Strategy & Operations for IT and CFO for IT.

His experience includes leading large transformation projects across national and divisional teams, delivering extensive cost efficiency programs and managing project portfolios.

In addition, during his time at Bankwest he has had accountability for HR operations & projects, Vendor Management, the Portfolio Management Office and Finance for IT where he had a track record of improving the operational effectiveness and efficiencies of teams.

Prior to Bankwest, Ian was the CFO for Support Areas at HBOS Australia and a senior finance executive at HBOS in the UK. Ian spent 4 years at Ernst & Young in Aberdeen focussed on the Oil & Gas sector before this.

Initially working as a Journalist on the Australian Financial Review Peter left to establish his own production company which he successfully operated for 18 years before offering it for sale. Peter窶冱 operational experience has given him significant insight into the practical business challenges in working in business today.

Since then, and before joining Mainsheet, Peter worked in sustainable food production, having developed from inception to completion a number of projects in the aquaculture and hydroponic space both in Australia and overseas.

Leveraging his business experience Peter was invited to teach a post graduate unit in the Master of Commerce Degree at Sydney University 窶 Critical Thinking in Business. The unit is central to effective data interpretation, problem-solving and other key aspects of business practice.

He was also appointed to a NSW Government Regional Development Board 窶 the Central Coast Economic Development Board Inc. 窶 which was formed to assist economic growth in regional NSW by providing support to small to medium sized businesses in NSW.

Jeremy was co-founder of a high intervention investment business that has invested in businesses in the technology, financial services and food sector.

Previously, Jeremy was an Executive Director of iSoft Limited (then known as IBA Health), a large global health IT company listed on the ASX. Being responsible for the company’s corporate activity, Jeremy evaluated and managed the acquisition of businesses and the establishment of corporate alliances in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, India and the Middle East.

Prior to joining iSoft, Jeremy spent 11 years in investment banking, specialising in local and cross border M&A and structured finance transactions.

Jeremy spent a number of years working in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts/Law Degree and practiced as a solicitor with Baker & McKenzie, an international law firm, in the early part of his career.
