    The Role

    We are seeking suitable candidates at Senior Consultant and Manager level to work within the strategy and operational improvement practice based in Perth. Pending your skills you may have the opportunity to also work with our M&A and Transaction Services clients.

    The flat structure of the firm will enable you to build and lead, guide and showcase your critical thinking, analytical skills, problem solving, personal leadership and sense of fun on a daily basis.

    You will bring and use skills, knowledge and experience to:

    • Consider, assess and extract client challenges from scoping meetings; and
    • Develop and manage rigorous approaches to solving clients窶 challenges; and
    • Manage and deliver client projects from end-to-end and at times manage multiple clients or workstreams
    • Support the completion of advanced financial analysis to build company-level profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet evaluations; and
    • Oversee the building market forecasts and valuations that are fit for strategic discussions; and
    • Distil and communicate insights that have the potential to affect investment decisions, strategic direction and deal negotiation. 

    You will plan, lead and drive client engagements and pursuits in a polished, pragmatic and personable manner.  In doing so, you will encourage and develop your team to grow professionally and as individuals to perform beyond what they thought possible.  

    You will facilitate client meetings and workshops in a manner that ensures a positive and meaningful experience by all participants.  In addition, you will be expected to draft reports and papers to a high professional standard with a high attention to detail. 

    Applicants should have between 4 to 6 years experience in consulting firms.

    All applicants will have great problem-solving skills, client rapport, strong analytical background, able to demonstrate an advanced level of proficiency in financial modelling, report writing and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You may have experience in data analytics as well.

    You will need to contribute to a first-class client experience, be able to manage multiple clients and projects, whilst delivering work within tight deadlines.
